Research and Development have become key to all Innovative Products. Shackletons' Research and Development Team consists of a Food Scientist, Bakers and a Food Technologist. We are pleased to assist customers in the development of their Products, and to offer suggestions on Raw Material Substitutes which are often desired or required By Law as Food Standards are continually being upgraded.

Cost Savings can often be the result of this process.

We are of course always pleased to Test Bake or offer Test Baking Facilities to our Customers.
