Gluten Free is now becoming a byword in Food and Bakery Production due to a higher recognition of Food Allergy and Coeliac Conditions.

As a result, Shackletons decided that to guarantee no cross contamination, it would build a Stand-Alone Facility rather than just a separate Production Area.

We also have Substantial Research and Development Facilities, particularly in Bakery Products and would be delighted to assist in the Development of your Non-Gluten Products or we can supply you with Non-Gluten Free Blends developed in-house. All of these Blends are laboratory tested prior to dispatch
